  • Sales Representative Poland & Export Eastern Europe

    Currently we are seeking for the next possible date of entry an energetic and motivated Sales Representative Poland & Export Eastern Europe.

     

    This is a full time and home office based position. Candidates should be based in the metropolitan of Warsaw or Lublin.

     

    The Sales Representative is responsible for the market development of our brand ADO Goldkante in the designated territories and will carry responsibility for a territory in Poland plus several export countries within Eastern Europe. Primary responsibilities include growing und supporting our customer base, presenting and selling new collections, developing commercial strategies and implementing long term plans.

     

    Be the face of the company in the territory and primary point of contact for all clients. Must collaborate closely with the international customer service team, which is based in in Legnica.Must have the ability to maintain current clients and prospecting into a new customer base/industries/channels for generating new business opportunities. The Sales Representative is also responsible for keeping clients updated and properly trained in technical and commercial aspects. Must implement the respective marketing strategy in these markets and promotes the brand during events/presentations/campaigns.

     

    Degree or background in business, interior design, architecture, marketing or similar is required. Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful sales experience in interior design products or similar field and proven commitment to goal achievement and customer satisfaction. Experience of interior fabrics and/or a network within and knowledge of the industry in the territory is a strong plus. The successful candidate must show strong self-motivation, planning abilities and negotiation skills.

     

    This position is home office based and we require an availability to travel for at least 75% of the time, both domestically and internationally. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate to retail customers, salons, interior design and architects offices.Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English. Some knowledge of German is a plus.Efficient user of mobile technology and MS Office software. Valid and permanent work permit and driver's license required for Poland.

  • Regional Sales Manager Belgium

    Currently we are seeking for the next possible date of entry an energetic and motivated Regional Sales Manager Belgium.

    Main Responsibilities
    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the market development of our brand ADO Goldkante in Belgium. Primary responsibilities include growing und supporting our customer base, presenting and selling new collections, developing commercial strategies, implementing long term plans and periodically reporting to international sales management in our headquarter.Be the face of the company in the territory and primary point of contact for all clients. Must collaborate closely with the international customer service team in Germany and France. Must have the ability to maintain current clients and prospecting into a new customer base/industries/channels for generating new business opportunities.The Sales Manager is also responsible for keeping clients updated and properly trained in technical and commercial aspects. Must implement the respective marketing strategy in these markets and promotes the brand during events/presentations/campaigns.

    Requirements
    Degree in business, interior design, architecture, marketing or similar. Master‘s degree is a plus. Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful sales experience in interior design products or similar field and proven commitment to goals achievement and customer satisfaction. Experience of interior fabrics and/or a network within and knowledge of the industry in the territory is a strong plus. The successful candidate must show strong self-motivation, planning abilities and negotiation skills. This position is home office based and we require the availability to travel for at least 75% of the time. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate to retailers both on a corporate and store level. Same applies to interior design and architects offices. Fluent in written and spoken Flemish and French. Proficient knowledge of English or German is necessary to communicate with the headquarter. Efficient user of mobile technology and MS Office software. Drivers license is required.

  • Responsable des Ventes Belgique

    Nous recrutons pour la Belgique, un/une Responsable des Ventes au profil énergique et motivé.

     

    Responsabilités Principales

    Le/la Responsable des Ventes est en charge du développement du marché pour notre marque ADO Goldkante en Belgique. Les principales responsabilités et objectifs d’activité sont : le support à notre clientèle et l’accroissement de nos points de vente, présenter et vendre les nouvelles collections, développer des stratégies, mettre en œuvre et implanter de nouvelles stratégies commerciales à long terme et un rapport d’activité périodique aux Responsables des Ventes Internationales de la maison mère. Devenir le visage de notre entreprise sur le territoire et être la personne de contact pour nos clients en collaboration avec nos équipes du service clientèle situées en Allemagne et en France. Le/la candidat(e) devra fidéliser la clientèle existante et prospecter les nouveaux canaux de distribution, industries,  créant  de nouvelles opportunités de développement. Le/la Responsable des Ventes est également en charge de maintenir les clients à jour et de les former et informer sur des aspects techniques et commerciaux. Il/elle devra également implanter des stratégies Marketing dans le marché et promouvoir la marque aux foires, présentations, campagnes commerciales.  

     

    Profil

    Diplôme en sciences commerciales, marketing, architecture,  architecture d’intérieur ou similaire. Un diplôme de niveau Master est un plus.
    Expérience prouvée d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience réussie dans la vente de produits de design d'intérieur ou dans un domaine similaire et résultats étayés concernant la réalisation des objectifs et la satisfaction de la clientèle. 

    L'expérience des tissus d'intérieur et/ou un réseau au sein  de l'industrie dans le territoire est un atout important ainsi que la connaissance du marché. Le/la candidat(e) doit faire preuve d’une forte motivation personnelle, de capacités de planification et  de posséder de bonnes compétences de négociation. Ce poste est basé à domicile et nous exigeons la disponibilité de voyager au moins 75% du temps. Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale. Doit être capable de communiquer efficacement avec les détaillants tant au niveau de l'entreprise qu'au niveau du magasin. Il en va de même pour les bureaux d'architecture d'intérieur et d'architecture.

    Maîtrise couramment le néerlandais et le français,  écrit et parlé. Une connaissance approfondie de l'anglais ou de l'allemand est nécessaire pour communiquer avec le siège. Utilisateur efficace de la technologie mobile et du logiciel MS Office.
